What kind of brand is VISIBL?

VISIBL is an Indian streetwear brand built for people who don’t try to fit in — and don’t need to.
We focus on meaning, comfort, and quiet confidence over hype.

How do I place an order?

Simply select your product, choose the size, and proceed to checkout.
Once the payment is successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes.
You’ll receive an email with your order details once your order is placed successfully.
If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to help.
Please email us as soon as possible at support@visibl.in with your order number.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across India.

How long does shipping take?

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days

  • Delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location

You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

This depends on the product and delivery location.
Available options will be shown at checkout.

SIZING & FIT

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page has a size guide to help you pick the right fit.

Are VISIBL products oversized?

Some of our pieces are designed with a relaxed or oversized fit.
Fit details are clearly mentioned on each product page.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer size exchanges, subject to:

  • Stock availability

  • Product being unused, unworn, and in original condition

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

That shouldn’t happen — but if it does:

We’ll take care of it.
